During each 60-minute session, our clients talk it out while they work it out alongside a mental health therapist doing their favorite action therapy activities, things like running, paddle boarding, biking, mindfulness, yoga, weightlifting, dancing, art therapy and so much more! It’s safe. It’s fun. And it puts people on the path to achieving maximum mind and body wellness.
Many insurance providers have bundled with 515 Fitness to offer coverage for therapy sessions because our main focus is on mental health counseling.
Current fully operating facilities are located in: Braidwood, IL.
Each individual session takes place with your own personal therapist in a private, separate studio without interference.
With 2-5 sessions per week we provide quicker results and consistency to build habits that will improve your everyday lifestyle and well-being.
Niki Perry, the founder of 515 Fitness, has a deep-seated belief that mind and body wellness go hand in hand. Niki took a chance and stepped outside of the normal boxes of both personal training and mental health counseling in the hopes of revolutionizing the face of traditional therapy. Her passion for helping others is evidenced by all of 515’s dedicated therapists and employees who firmly believe that, for someone to be functioning at their highest possible level, they have to be at their best both mentally and physically.
